My name is Konstantin Zavarov. I build digital products and help others learn to build them well.

I have over 12 years of experience in IT — from software developer to Head of Product at Ozon. I’ve worked at Yandex, Megamarket, and Kaspersky Lab across various domains and scales. Currently I focus on product strategy, creating business value, and building product teams.

From 2021 to 2025 I taught project and product management courses at Yandex Practicum, graduating over 300 students.
